Although I’ll tell you my entire life story when we meet in person, this biography is my most dreaded-website-related activity - so - let’s knock it out quick!
Hi. My name’s Kathryn and I am an Interior Designer and Real Estate Advisor located in Greater Philadelphia. As a Realtor & Designer, I specialize in buying, selling & designing character-filled homes in partnership with Engel & Völkers - a European luxury real estate franchise.
If someone were to describe me professionally, they’d say I’m a creative and collaborative individual presently leveraging both my 10+ years of experience in brand & client-facing roles - and - my formal education in Human Relations to deliver a tailored, white glove experience to my clientele.
Spending 2.5 years in High Point University's Interior Design program - I have the utmost appreciation for luxury design and a full comprehension of design principles, history & communication.
Long story short, I'm truly a life-long creative who fell in love with visual storytelling & decided to see how far it’d get me. Then, when I married by love for interior design with my love for people & their stories - it landed me here! Creating warm, intentional & timeless furnishings, spaces and experiences for you.
